Career Navigator, Author, and Marketing Strategist

College, career decisions, internships, networking, job searches—it can all feel overwhelming. When we're buried in deadlines, expectations, and endless choices, it's easy to lose direction and sight of the bigger picture — not see the forest for the trees.

That's where I can help!

I work with students and young professionals to find clarity, discover opportunities, and create a career path that aligns with their strengths, interests, and long-term goals. Together, we'll turn uncertainty into a plan and help you move forward with purpose.

My passion for helping college students and young professionals began over 26 years ago when I was President of Devlin Design Group, an award-winning global studio design firm. My career has spanned roles at LEGOLAND California, Discovery Communications (Discovery Channel, TLC, Animal Planet), and beyond. For my full background, visit my LinkedIn profile.

I hold a Doctorate in Education from USC, an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management (ASU), and a BA in Communications from USC.

Meaningful learning happens when we connect ideas to real-world experiences. Through interactive, project-based activities and working with local businesses, we apply concepts, build confidence, and strengthen teamwork and leadership skills.

Over the past 20 years, I've stayed connected with many former students who are now leaders, entrepreneurs, and executives. Their success reminds me why I am passionate about helping others navigate their future with confidence and purpose.
